Our team is made up of industry veterans with a passion for fabrication technology. With decades of hands-on experience, we are always on the move, working from our homes and cars to support our clients. Whether assisting with equipment selection, providing on-site training, or offering ongoing technical support, we are committed to delivering expert guidance and personalized service.

With 25 years of experience in the industry, John is knowledgeable when it comes to fitting the right fabrication equipment to customers’ needs. He enjoys working as a liaison between equipment manufacturers and customers, and trying to resolve issues for both parties.

Max is the newest addition to the Northland Laser team. A Wisconsin native with a love for the outdoors, Max brings enthusiasm and a commitment to providing excellent support to our clients.

Following the completion of Northwestern Technical College’s laser program, Tony has worked for 20 as a laser operator, applications engineer and technician. He is valued by customers as one of the best in the business. When Tony is not on the road he is spending time with his family in Antigo, fishing, and managing his sons’ and daughters’ baseball teams.

Dave brings a wealth of experience in laser technology, including teaching and shop ownership. A Navy veteran and engineer, Dave is deeply passionate about introducing clients to laser technology’s benefits. He’s also involved in charity work, building health clinics in Central America.
